To tell you the truth, I outgrew my fear. Of what? Of life, the universe and everything. What is the point of hiding? Exactly. So, I am who I am.
Remember the book I was talking about? "Do What You are"? I was not joking. My diagnosis - INFP - "Still Waters Run Deep". The same answer I got, when I did the Quiz "Your Sexuality" when I was 16. And I was clueless about sex. You see, it is not about sex, it is about your personality. It does not change. What I can change? My attitude and my behaviour. I accept rejection. I accept that I am afraid. I am not going to settle for things I do not like. I am a fighter. You do not like it? Too bad.
To simplify: I am crazy, I am serious and I am Russian (Canadian). And I proud of it all!!!

A must see - Svetlana |
     |
| I think this a true masterpiece. A must see. I enjoyed every scene, every sentence and every shot. I might be wrong, but it was my impression that Anton was Death himself and that is why the film transcends from just a story to a fable. Anton is neither crazy nor psychotic. He comes as death comes - guilty or not, ready or not, here it comes. Actors are all wonderful! It was such a pleasure! |

You won't be able to remain indifferent! - Svetlana |
     |
| This film is very moving and captivating. It engages the viewer on a very personal level. The story is set in England, but really it can happen anywhere. In most developed countries, there are those who were there first and whose who came for a better living and a better future. And it is tough for both parties. Nationalism is nothing new, but in this day and age of mass migration it seems to be particularly attractive for people who are less fortunate. The soil is well fertilized for ... More |

What is wrong with you people? - Svetlana |
     |
| I am amazed how difficult it is to see the obvious. It is a fairy tale, beautifully done and I really do not understand why people reject it. Not good enough?! Are you blind?! Just like the mother in the movie, she does not accept her daughter. Period. With any nose. Society never accepts us for who we are. We are always either too short, too tall, too black, too young, too much education, not enough. Girls should be pretty. Should they? Why? Who is the judge what is beautiful and ... More |

Is there such a thing a mindless killing? Was Hitler a mindless killer? He did not do it with his own hands. There were people aplenty to do it. For him. For the idea. Talk about being crazy.
People are people, it is a fact that is hard to accept. I tend to connect the dots.

Svetlana on "Personality Dimensions (Blue, Orange, Green, Gold)"

No wonder, PokerFace you are a writer. I will tell you my vision. Or rather a visual. Just helps me relax sometimes. Take three fingers. Each represents a parameter of what you can define yourself. The first is attitude. Ask people to define an attitude on the spot and you will never get the right answer. Anyway, an attitude is a tendency to behave in a certain way. Can be changed. The middle finger is your personality. You did not choose your personality and you cannot change it (you can
