ZIP.CA RETURN POLICY

New DVDs

Zip.ca wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any new DVD purchased through Zip.ca, you may return the DVD for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the day your order shipped (the “Ship Date” on your invoice) subject to the following conditions:

  • Your return shipment must include the original invoice.
  • All DVDs must be returned in their original condition. DVDs must not be opened and must be factory sealed to receive a refund. All of the original packaging, including DVD, bonus DVD, case, booklets and liner notes must be included in your return shipment.
  • Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply. Shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your refund account. Zip.ca is not responsible for the cost of returning your return shipment.
  • Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment to you are non-refundable.

Zip.ca cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than thirty (30) days past the Ship Date.

Zip.ca is not responsible for any damage that may occur in the return shipment of your order.

Previously Viewed DVDs

Previously viewed DVDs are non-refundable.

Promotional Items

Occasionally, Zip.ca may include a promotional item in your shipment at no cost to you. Promotional items may not be returned to Zip.ca for a refund, credit or replacement for any reason.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please return it immediately for a full refund. Zip.ca will replace a DVD only if it is damage or defective. Simply return the DVD and all of its original packaging and a replacement DVD (if available) will be sent to you.

Refunds

Zip.ca will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we have received and processed the return item. A refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Exchanging an Item

Zip.ca does not accept online orders for exchange. If you receive an item in error, please return the item for a full refund.
