In the nine episodes in Set 2, Laura, a brainy translator, and Mike, a shy landscape gardener decide to give their romance a try. But even after they move in together, doubts persist. As they bumble through everyday situations that are at once hilarious and true to life, their enthusiasm for commitment waxes and wanes. This is a fine, funny and all-too-real romance.

The best in the series, A Fine Romance got serious and juicy!
While Laura (Judi Dench) and Mike (Michael Williams) argue over coffee and tea about starting a family it quickly becomes personal and tears are shed. In a drastic decision Laura leaves Mike in a whim of the moment broken hearted and again alone. While both settle their personal affairs... laughs are made on their misfortune and broken hearts.
On a side story baby Bill is introduced to the series and the DVD leaves on a cliff hanger.
