In Living Color: Season 1
The first season of the comedy show that crossed every line with their crude humor and introduced a new generation of comedy talent!

If you have to take this series on an episode by episode and skit by skit basis. Some are pure genious and some are a waste of time. I could do with out the "fly girls" or the musical acts as well.
The series grew into its own and this is visible during the first season, the skits become better and better as the series went along.Reliving the Past - Funnyunkle
Like so many older shows placed on DVD, In Living Colour has not lived up to my recollections. True it does showcase today’s most talented comedy performers not to mention some even in dramatic roles but the dated comedy skits, the Fly girls and J.Lo are not up to the MAD TV of today.
The excellent part of these DVD's are it’s pioneering bulldozing of taboos and racial stereotypes that TV hides behind. The Wayans Family has always been good for that. Homey the Clown, Men on Films & Fire Marshall Bill all rear there hilarious heads in Season 1.
Overall these DVD's are worth the trip down memory lane even if it was only a short time ago.
