Oh, what a difference a year makes. The crew of the classic 1972 series Sealab 2020 has been replaced with a gang of misfits unfit for public service. Their mission: to investigate underwater colonization. They are doing a very bad job.

Where did all the jokes go? - Fleury
It's a shame, but the writing on this show has really declined. And the introduction of Tornado Shanks was really the worst choice that the creators could have made.
This type of show has such an opportunity to shine in the dialog, it's really a travesty that it has lost its way over the years. The creators really need to get back to basics -- limited new animation, concentrating more on dubbing hilarious dialog over existing scenes.
