Thought this would be another Twin Peaks type miniseries. I watched the first 4 episodes and was completely disappointed to the point I will not continue watching the series. I guess this is the reason why there was no a season 2. Predictable, bad acting and bad writing is what made this movie what it is.Entertaining enough - chnoodle
This series ended up being a pretty good distraction for me but it was certainly not one of my favorites. I thought it was going to be a fluffy teen drama but was shocked at the maturity and darkness of the plot. I found that I couldn't relate to many of the characters and didn't really like the main male protagonist. I didn't really like the way it ended but maybe if the series had continued, then it might have made more sense.a devilish delight! - the_boobears
This series may have been mistaken by viewers as a light teen dramedy when in fact it was a deliciously dark mystery. This riveting tale of good versus evil and nature versus nurture pits a sleepy seaside town against the spawn of satan and his various minions. This is just one more series that was cancelled before it really got going but managed to leave a lasting impression none the less.
