Strong but predictable cop show! - Cricri7
I did not get to see NYPD Blue when it first aired and since I like cop shows I decided to zip this series. I am not dissapointed at all because it is a good cop show, but you can predict almost all the storylines. It is not one of the better written show in the history of cop shows, but with Steven Bochco at the helm you know you are going to get a strong show.
I hope that they put the other seasons on DVD, and hope that Zip will get them, because you get attached to the characters. Jimmy Smits and Dennis Franz make a good cop team, not as good as Chris Noth and Jerry Orbach, and you like watching them!
