I'm a 90s girl... - nubeing
This series is a MUST for any sistah who came "of age" in the 90s. When I watch this show now, nothing seems out of the ordinary to me. It is all so REAL! The clothes, the hair, the issues, the talk, the ladies, the relationships, the EXPERIENCES. It's all GOOD. Queen Latifah is in her inspirational element. Kim Coles is a funny as she wants to be. Kim Fields leaves "Tootie" in the past and makes a believeable and loveable gold-digger. And Erika Alexander is all grown up from the Cosby Show, hilarious and edgy. I loved it all then and enjoy the memories more now. Thanks for Zip.ca for making this one possible!OK - ladytonia
Queen Latifah is great, the rest of the cast and the story line is just ok. Not really that engaging, something you can have on for background noise while doing the dishes and getting your ironing for the week done.
Overall not that exciting. Nothing specficially wrong with the series, just nothing to make it stand out from dozens just like it.Finally! i've beeen waiting so long - MissKalunji
