To conquer the world, the fiery demon Pyron assembles an army of supernatural beings with magical powers: the DarkStalkers! And two of the biggest and vilest lead Pyron's army: Demitri Maximov, Lord of the Vampires, and Morrigan Aensland, a powerful succubus.
But the good guys are fighting back! Around the catwoman Felicia rallies a band of freedom-loving DarkStalkers: the merman Rikou, the werewolf Jonathan Talbain, the golem Victor von Gerdenheim, the sasquatch Bigfoot, and his nephew Hairball. To crush the rebels, Lord Demitri and Morrigan send the lunatic pharaoh Anakaris, the zombie guitarist Lord Raptor, and the cursed samurai Bishamon. Things get complicated when demon hunters Donavon Bane and Hsien-Ko decide that all DarkStalkers-both good and bad-must die!
Yet the fate of the world depends on a human, teenager Harry Grimoire. If Harry can master his secret magical legacy-and the intricacies of alien computer technology-the world might have a chance!

This is a really cool cartoon it combines the elements of your classic monster with a little but of science fiction.I personally really enjoyed this cartoon ,however it is very different form the anime version so Try not to compare it, but if your a fan of this type of cartoon this type of cartoon it's worth a watch.If you're a fan - DON'T rent this! - TooMuchTime
You know how Anime can take a game/toy/idea and make it really cool? Well it doesn't happen the same way with an American animation house.
Basically this get's the Bob Barker Buzzer. Seriously don't rent this one unless you miss the campy/crappy 2D animation with and corny sctipts and soud effects of the 1980's and early 90's (this really reminds me of the HeMan series).Cool - C2007
