Good entry into the MS series - Ziegler
Positive: Well great direction, acting, cinematography. Twisted plot, excellent action. Nice entry into the MS series.
Negative: Well for me its about average. Typical Tom Cruise action. Not bad but average.

MI3 did a fair job providing all the expected action traits: big explosions, tense moments, gun fights, and twisty-turny mysteries. It was interesting to see Tom Cruise's character, Ethan Hunt, sort of mature a bit by trying to make a life for himself outside of super-spydom but it was kind of a rehash of the romantic relationship of the last film. Also I wasn't satisfied with the villian. Hoffman did a great job with what he had but I don't think they showed enough of him for you to really start to hate the guy.
MI3 is still a good movie and fans of the series will be satisfied. Newcomers will get a decent Tom Cruise action flick.Right action-powered, adrenaline pumping, entertaining blockbuster movie - moviemonger
Mission Impossible III captures the tone of the classic television show yet never takes itself too seriously. Where the first two films played things pretty straight, this edition mixes in more humor and heart. Abrams and Cruise have succeeded in creating a thrill ride of a film and the perfect summer popcorn movie for those who like their films packed with non-stop action.
