Scrubs: Season 5
Make an appointment with the outrageous doctors of Sacred Heart. Garnering an Emmy Award nomination for Best Comedy Series, Scrubs' fifth season is "sillier and more whimsical than ever," raves Newsday. This year, the laughs are off the charts as J.D. moves in with Turk and Carla, and Elliot uses an interesting form of blackmail in order to get her job back at the hospital. Jason Bateman and Cheryl Hines are just some of the sensational guest stars joining TV's quirkiest cast. Experience all 24 episodes, plus exclusive bonus features, including a never-before-seen extended cut of the 100th episode. It’s just what the doctor ordered.

Scrubs is a great sitcom. It features a stellar ensemble cast, all of whom can deliver a laugh – this variety of faces and comedic approaches helps the show to keep shining when others wear down when one or two lead actors are relied upon to carry every scene, joke, episode and season.
Two of the main leads, JD and Elliot, have an off-again relationship during this season, which was tiring and frankly a waste of screen time. Meanwhile, Carla and Turk, are married, have a baby, and provide more comic gold – Scrubs' take on the situational humour of married life. Good stuff here. The rest of the cast largely remain as they are – funny as hell.A spoonful of funny helps the medicine go down... - eurguy
I must admit I was never a big fan "medical" shows, however, this one hit it right on the nail with a perfect blend of humour and drama. The cast is alot of fun and you can tell they are having a blast making the show. If you are looking for a very funny yet touching show, I highly recommend you check out the staff's "goings ons" at Sacred Heart (the hospital where the show takes place).
