I loved the first season of gossip girl. The characters were a little over dramatic (or maybe i went to the wrong highschool) its like sex and the city for teens but more risque. It sure is a guilty pleasure that not many would admit to loving but I do!!XOXO - Tigger28
This show has the air of the OC set to the backdrop of New York. It is not shocking that the creator is the same person. The characters from the successful book series Gossip Girl have been put into the show, but the stories bear little resemblance to each other. Targeted at the same type of audience as the OC this show has the usual drama and assorted sordid love stories. It can be an enjoyable watch, but it’s nothing original.so far, so good - freezing
i am surprisingly getting into the series more and more with every episode. i'm half way through the first season, its unrealistic and a bit over the top but watching the wardrobe changes and flash parties is enough to keep me hooked. not as racy as some of the other series (nip tuck) but still entertaining.
