Poor Anne!! - hilkayaker
Anne Boleyn is an amazing women, one of the most fun wives of Henry VIII to learn about. She was not as pretty as they portrayed her, but she was flirtatious, vivacious, and quite bright for a women in those days (according to the sources I read) which made her passionate and explosive relationship with Henry so much fun to watch. I love Catherine of Aragon, she was certainly the most regal queen and had almost as horrible a life as her daughter. The whole time is just so interesting. The series is a great fun loose portrayl of the times and a great way to get people who would not normally be interested in history into it (like my fiance, he hates history and is hooked on this show!)
