I have to admit that I am not purely objective when I write reviews about the Law and Order franchise. I am a fan of all the shows, especially of the original one. I appreciated Jerry Orbach very much, he was one of the most underrated actors around, in this series. He was a magnificent Broadway actor and this series let him be on stage pretty often. I loved Chris Noth very much also, they were an excellent pair, but I am getting used to Benjamin Bratt also. He is not as good an actor but he sure is easy on the eyes!
Almost every actor on this show is excellent. They get some of the best actors in the business because most of them live in New York to work in theater. They sometimes put a "chick" in the district attorney's position but often times she is the weakest link the series!
