Army Wives season 1 and 2 - QueenCritic
It is a soap opera set up.I do love this series though and have recommended to a few friends and are all into it. The characters are very good. The setting being set on the army base with the soldier's families. You almost see what there going though with the waiting and not hearing I could not imagine..I have one more disc to go in season 2 and I will be watching for season 3 to come in. As we do not get this program in Vancouver. I will definitely be in line for in.Better than the first season - Cricri7
I have started watching season 2 of Army wives and I can say that it is a tad better than the first season. Their ensemble cast seems more in tune with one another. I have to say that the cast is not comprised of the best actors on television, some are excellent but some are just okay. I never understood much the appeal of Kim Delaney (she should slack on the Botox and the lip fillers) and Catherine Bell, but the other 2 less known actresses who make up the army wives are better actors. We will probably see them more in years to come.
Army wives is not the best series on television but it has a nice entertainment value. It is not my favorite one, but I got caught up in it and I will stick with it until I have started season 3.
