Good show at the beginning but ran it's course... and then kept going... - Sheenie
I liked this show when it first came out. It was different (it had been a while since a prime time hospital show had been on air) and it had George Clooney. This series made him famous but he'd had roles in different series for years (starting with "The Facts of Life") so I had a crush on him long before ER came out, which makes me somehow more entitled to him than other people... Anyway, it started out really good but went downhill. Too many bad twists and turns to keep it going and suddenly someone is gay because that was the trendy thing to do in Hollywood at the time. You might like the series to begin with but expect it to lose steam if you watch to the end.
