This is not the best of television. It comes from a time before CSI when crime fighting wasn't about analyzing dead bodies. It was about great hair and skimpy clothes. Fortunately we've all moved on, but it is fun to flash back to a show so popular it's been made into a movie (a few times) and lives on in pop culture references.
