Scrubs: Season 8
Enjoy every surreal moment of Scrubs' hilarious eighth season as television's celebrated sitcome delivers "much more loopy, creative humor that fans have come to know and love," raves Chicago Tribune.
It's a different world for attending physicians J.D., Turk and Elliot as they have their own interns to confuse and bewilder, and a major shakeup in the hospital staff might be enough to finally unite Dr. Kelso and Dr. Cox. Get a big shot of comedy as your favorite characters, and some exciting guest stars (including Courteney Cox), return for a hilarious new year at Sacred Heart.
The best way to enjoy the contagious comedy of Season 8 is on DVD, featuring exclusive bonus features - including deleted scenes, bloopers and webisodes. It's just what the doctor ordered.

Scrubs is a great sitcom. It features a stellar ensemble cast, all of whom can deliver a laugh – this variety of faces and comedic approaches helps the show to keep shining when others wear down when one or two lead actors are relied upon to carry every scene, joke, episode and season.
Season eight was mean to end the series, and it did for some of the main cast, who either did not return for season nine, or did so only briefly. Each character is given a good send-off as the season winds on, and some of the episodes are amongst the season's best. Whether the production team decided to go out with a bang, or were other rejuvenated, this season shines.Started Okay, finished with a Whimper - lissyssil
Quite probably the worst of the eight seasons of Scrubs. That being said, there were defintely SOME humourous moments, but I wouldn't go as far as to say this was a good series.
Sure, you had the tear-jerker final episode, and the characters are all still (relatively) in role, but it seemed, for the most part, to lack the real heart and soul of other seasons.
I hate to have to leave a review like this, since I loved the series so much, but it really ended on a flat note (and no, I don't include the new season (9) as part of the series. It'll never be the same without the original cast.)
Zip it solely for the closure, if you've partaken of the other seven seasons.

I must admit I was never a big fan "medical" shows, however, this one hit it right on the nail with a perfect blend of humour and drama. The cast is alot of fun and you can tell they are having a blast making the show. If you are looking for a very funny yet touching show, I highly recommend you check out the staff's "goings ons" at Sacred Heart (the hospital where the show takes place).
