Natural Born Killers
The Director's Cut - Original Uncut Version
Three-time Academy Award winner Oliver Stone (JFK, W. delivers a powerful movie experience unlike any other: Natural Born Killers, a visually dazzling, wickedly funny slam of violence and media obsession made more impactful than in theaters via additional visceral and frenzied footage. As married serial killers Mickey and Mallory, Woody Harrelson and Juliette Lewis portray the kind of crazymixed-up kids a demon has nightmares about. And Robert Downey Jr., Tommy Lee Jones, Tom Sizemore and Rodney Dangerfield make vivid impressions in this wild ride that packs an undeniable wallop.

This film is all style propping up the most meagre of plots. It's the movie equivalent of a song that repeats 'yeah baby' a bunch of times with a repetitive beat, where in the movie version 'yeah baby' is replaced by blowing away some random character whose sole purpose for being in the movie is to be blown away, and _then_ saying 'yeah baby'. I didn't appreciate this movie in the least, and regret that I actually watched it to the end.Awesome movie - Ptimmyj
This movie is very stylish and violent. The multiple techniques used in this film are all blended into a kind of sane madness that blends murder and love into a beautiful personification as Micky and Malory. Performances are perfect, with Woody and Juliette spot-on as the two natural born killers, and other highlights among the supporting cast, in particular Robert Downey Jr. as the crazy, self-absorbed media icon.
This show is a must see, especially if you like violence, however there is something more to this movie, it conveys a great many messages and if you are anything like me, makes you think about our shitty American media culture.
Definitely recommended!!Some trip! - Coconut_Willy
No one will ever call this film a typical Oliver Stone movie as it is much more in the style of Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction than Born on the First of July, Salvador or JFK. The storyline is way over the top but does serve well the purpose of presenting the sensationalism brought to the public by the medias. Overall, the story itself is very disjointed, interspersed with all sorts of flashes on individual events that attempt to build up the main characters. The cast is comprised of very familiar faces doing a superb acting job with a fair dialogue but very strong characters. The sets and locations are good, the soundtrack is excellent and the camera work is great. If you are in the mood for a shock, this works very well on all levels, especially on the visual side.
