ER: Season 13
Shaking things up: Former paramedic, now intern Dr. Tony Gates arrives with a straightforward attitude and a complicated personal life. Except for his devotion to healing, he's Gallant's opposite: brash, cocksure, with a bad-boy past - and maybe he's the right prescription for Neela's broken heart. Really shaking things up: Contentious Weaver leaves County General for a career move you wouldn't expect. And the profound dramas of the outside world continue to make their way to the ER, including a hostile patient whose real condition is a secret even to himself, homeless children who escape to a magic world of their own making, and a Christmas miracle. Then again, miracles happen every day at County General.

Good show at the beginning but ran it's course... and then kept going... - Sheenie
I liked this show when it first came out. It was different (it had been a while since a prime time hospital show had been on air) and it had George Clooney. This series made him famous but he'd had roles in different series for years (starting with "The Facts of Life") so I had a crush on him long before ER came out, which makes me somehow more entitled to him than other people... Anyway, it started out really good but went downhill. Too many bad twists and turns to keep it going and suddenly someone is gay because that was the trendy thing to do in Hollywood at the time. You might like the series to begin with but expect it to lose steam if you watch to the end.Amazing!! - hilkayaker
I love this series!! It is so fantastic I just want to keep watching more. The drama in the show keeps you so interested and their lives are just so screwed up it's awesome fun to watch! It's great for keeping up to date on medical stuff too : ) Definately cannot wait to watch the next season.
