I wanted to write a review on this show because I was literally bored to death watching this show. I think it's one of those shows that tries to hard to be important but fails to deliver. I would definitely skip this show.
Even though the cast may be great, I wouldn't recommend this show because it doesn't really have much meaning or story.bored is right - crabbydude
As others have said, this just isn't very funny. With Zack and Ted Danson as supporting cast the potential is there, but we watched the first 3 episodes and sent it back, choosing to not even watch disc 2. I enjoy deadpan delivery and the genre should be up my alley, but for whatever reason the writing and delivery fall flat.Modern Woody Allen-esque sit-com - lookingjust
This is a pretty funny sitcom. Especially if you like early Woody Allen movies. The main character is a hopelessly neurotic and self-absorbed jewish writer who is obsessed with women and with his many perceived problems - sound familiar?? But it is well done, and worth Ten Dansen is simply hilarious as the 60-ish stoner executive who is deperately trying to still be "cool" and attractive to the way to young ladies he persues. All in all - a very enjoyable sitcom.
