I hadn't seen the original Twilight Zone in many years, never watched it on VHS or DVD but had very fond memories of the show. What a great revelation these Blu-Rays are! This show stands up today, the stories are timeless and very well executed, with great acting and a great serious tone. These stories were meant to comment on the times when they were done and yet the messages are still relevant to today. The transfer is incredible, the blacks are deep and perfect with no shimmer or DNR, the audio is solid, I actually prefer Blu-rays that use the original audio sources instead of giving mono audio tracks a matrixed 5.1 upgrade. If you are a fan or serious Sci-Fi this blu-ray collection is a must own!
