Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide is a winning little series that will appeal to tweens and their parents alike. It's nothing to write home about for parents, necessarily, but it's enjoyable, clever and upbeat, but honest enough that its target audience of 10-14 year olds likely won't roll their eyes too much at what they're seeing. Worth renting.
