Love this family! - SHLHKH
I love the family dynamics on this show, there is always some sort of drama going on! I also enjoy that even though they bitter and criticize, in the end they are a tight knit family. Great show to watch, happy to finally be able to start watching season 2, loved the first disc, can't wait to see what is next for everyone!Still quite good - eli_quincy
"Parenthood" is a big-hearted, somewhat realistic family drama with excellent performances throughout. In season two, producers manage to conjure up interesting plotlines for almost all the families -- even poor Joel and Julia -- while keeping the show's organic vibe intact. Towards the end, however, things get a little shrill and dire -- maybe the producers wanted drama to boost ratings, but Parenthood is best when it's about life's smaller tragedies.
