The Middle: Season 2
Work. Kids. Bills. Comedy. It's how the middle half lives. The Heck family returns for Season Two, bringing with them 24 episodes of offbeat fun with one foot in reality and the other on a greasy wrapper from Burgerworld. Patricia Heaton and Neil Flynn star as Frankie and Mike Heck, frazzled parents trying to stretch their patience and paychecks around three brilliantly true-to-life kids: Axl, whose latest dream girl has tattoos, body piercings and pink hair; Sue, who's thrilled to come in eighth (out of eight) in Square Dancing with the Stars; and Brick, the only kid who has his birthday party at the public library. "Watch it, people. You will laugh." (Robert Lloyd, Los Angeles Times).

Dumbest show I’ve seen - bassetgirl
I have seen a lot of dumb shows over the years, and some of those have made me laugh, but I couldn’t find anything good about this show. I can’t believe that they even have a second season. The kids are NOT “true –to –life” as the description says. If my kids were as stupid as these kids are, I would have to put them in special schools. That is how it made me feel watching the shenanigans of these kids. The youngest needs a full time assistant. It was very uncomfortable to watch, because I felt like they were making fun of people with special needs. NOT FUNNY! Who keeps these things on the air??Surprisingly Unfunny - JayA
I haven't seen this show on TV, have no idea when it's on. It seemed to me to be a standard sitcom with some opportunity for laughs, but I just didn't enjoy it. I only watched a couple of episodes though, but that's because I thought of better things to do with my time. Most sitcoms are a little bit lame and formulaic, but I just didn't find anything appealing in this show...
