A Fish Called Wanda
Four conniving jewel thieves...three Yorkshire terriers...two heaving bosoms and one proper British barrister. It all adds up to "a non-stop barrage of ...outrageous plot twists and over-the top performances" when a girl called Wanda tries to deceive her Nietzche-quoting boyfriend, an animal loving hitman and an embarrassment-prone counselor out of a fortune in jewels in this hilariously funny farce!

I remember going to see this movie in the theatres on vacation on the Southern Coast of Maine not having a clue as to what the movie was about.
The only actor I knew was John Cleese from Monty Python.
Non stop laughter from beginning to end as Cleese, Klein and Palin gave us a lesson on how to perform comedy.

Hilarious, inventive, intelligent, densely plotted tale of treachery is full of visual, verbal, and black humour and exciting close calls. The comedy is held together by a solid plot. Jamie Lee Curtis and Kevin Kline both give vibrant performances. While I didn't laugh as much as I expected given the reputation of this movie, I did have some laughs here and there, and I wondered how it would end.
All the actors are in superb form in this movie, bringing their A game to the project; Kevin Kline is hardly recognizable with a mustach and his psychotic attitudes.
John Cleese also has excellent moments as he is drawn further and further into the plot, but of course, the dish of the movie is the scene with the fish tank :)
If only to see that scene, make sure to see this movie at least once in your life. It is a classic and, as far as I'm concerned, has only been beaten by the Naked Gun own fish tank scene.
