A Nightmare On Elm Street 4: The Dream Master
Pure Evil Never Really Dies...
Proving there's no rest for the wicked, the unspeakably evil Freddy Krueger (Robert Englund) is again resurrected from the grave to wreak havoc upon those who dare to dream. But this time, he faces a powerful new adversary!
As her friends succumb one by one to Freddy's wrath, telepathically gifted Kristen embarks on a desperate mission to destroy the satanic dream stalker and release the tortured souls of his victims once and for all.
Directed by Renny Harlin (The Long Kiss Goodnight, Die Hard 2) and loaded with killer effects and drop-dead humor, this is a "superior horror picture that balances wit and gore with imagination and intelligence" (LA Times).

A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master was a good enough sequel, but it just could have been better. I liked it, but so far it's not my top favorite sequel.Of course if you wanna see the Nightmare on Elm Street sequels, this is recommended, but as a horror movie on it's own, it's OK.Still good! - josh2
After 4 years of coming back to life Feddy's still got it. Now these movies are kinda old and cheesy now but at one point they would have scared me. I guess I still like them cause they scared me when I was really young, but looking back on it the movie wasn't that bad. This definately isn't one of the best of the Freddy's, but its definately not one of the worsts. Nightmare on Elm Street is a classic and is always fun to watch.Gotta love it....well some of you anyway - Dr_Talk
I gave this a full 5 star rating. Why? I LOVE SLASHER FILMS! Any "Nightmare" film is entertainment to me. I don't mean to imply that you should have the "you know what" scared out of you when watching any of them. But just watch and enjoy...let yourself be entertained. Face it, some of the scenes are really quite funny and corny. Even if all you did was watch for the bloopers and goofs and have yourself a good chuckle...you've been entertained.
