Endearing and funny - movie_goer
Steve Martin's character gets the ultimate test of time with Raising a daughter & and balancing father duties and other responsibilies. A Simple Twist of Fate is a must watch if you enjoy any 3 of the following things:
1. Comedies

It's always a treat to see Steve Martin, and once in a blue moon Steve will grace your with heart and genuinely unconditional love for family values. I had never heard of this movie, but once I watched it, I fell in love with Steve Martin all over again.HE is much more than just a comedian, he is a father, and can pull off that role in any movie he plays. I had a hard time holding back the tears at times during this movie, the heartbreak of almost losing his little girl, the frustration with the town for wanting to take her away, and touched by how much he loved his little girl. Enough to let her go. Amazing. Very well done!Old but cute - Patrick
(Patsy): Given this movie is over 10 years old and I'd never heard of it before, I thought it was cute. The story was predictable almost from the beginning and some parts of the story are kind of left unfinished at the end. Not a must see but add it to your list if you're ever in the mood for a laid back chick flick.
