Annie
Take home America's favorite orphan in the original movie classic.
Presenting the all new version, loaded with special features. Annie is the story of a plucky, red-haired girl who dreams of life outside her dreary orphanage. One day, Annie (Aileen Quinn) is chosen to stay for a week with the famous billionaire "Daddy" Warbucks (Albert Finney). One week turns into many, and the only person standing in the way of Annie's fun is Miss Hannigan, the tyrannical ruler of the orphanage (played to hilarious perfection by Carol Burnett). Will Miss Hannigan's zany attempts to kidnap the irrepressible Annie succeed? Enjoy all the unforgettable songs, including "It's the Hard Knock Life" and "Tomorrow".

Once again John Huston works his movie magic, bringing the popular stage musical, based on a beloved comic strip character to the big screen. The cast is just first rate. You could not ask for better. The pick of young Aileen Quinn for the role of Annie was inspired, and all of the children in this film stand out. Albert Finney is at his outrageous best as Oliver "Daddy" Warbucks, who is so rich he buys the Mona Lisa for his bathroom.Just thinking about tomorrow - hilkayaker
Go Annie!!! Love this female version of Oliver (kind of). Great movie for girls of all ages. Ms. Hannigan is a great character, alcoholic who hates kids and is running an orphanage. Tim Curry is fantastic as is Bernadette Peters. Great songs, great dance numbers. Large groups of 5 year old girls will sit still through this movie, what more can you ask for?!?!Childhood Memories! - anwallette
What kid raised in the '80s doesn't love this movie? This movies brings up memories of sleepovers, being a kid and just singing along to such classics as "Hard Knock Life".
This is a great movie and Carol Burnett's one liners keep the movie hopping. Carol Burnett is the life of the movie, despite her being a supporting actress!
