Bait
Alvin Dean Sanders doesn't get it. He doesn't know why his conviction for small-time theft is wiped from the record -- piff! -- just like that. Or why $11,500 in walking-around money is laid on him. Alvin doesn't know he's the bait in a snaky government scheme to capture a killer. But he's starting to grow suspicious.
Jamie Foxx (Any Given Sunday) plays Alvin, reeling in laughs and heroics in a high-tech action comedy, directed by Antoine Fuqua (The Replacement Killers) and also starring The Green Mile's David Morse and Doug Hutchison, Set It Off's Kimberly Elise and Jamie Kennedy (the Scream trilogy). The style is cutting-edge cool, the humor is crazy as a Foxx. Bait is a caper that -- hook, line and sinker -- just might grab you.

Overall, this movie is worth watching. Like many movies, they all have their fair share of down time, however, Jamie Foxx and Mike Epps certainly make the movie worth-while. The storyline is great and the other actors in the movie are great. THIS MOVIE IS WORTH WATCHING.Good fun movie - Spacey
I enjoyed this movie. I was great to see Foxx in his old days and comedic talent. I found the character portrayals to be genuine, and the villain to be extremely sinister in conviction and execution. I enjoyed the end of the movie and particularly liked the value Foxx's character got by those who were using him.
Like big budget movies of that time, it has a light, comedic, airy, action feel with overtones of tension and impending conflict. It was a good movie that I recommend for some good laughs and action.
