Chill Factor
Two guys, one bomb and a whole lot of ice cream.
"Most likely to succeed." They're the least likely words you'll find below old yearbook photos of ice cream deliveryman Arlo (Academy Award winner Cuba Gooding, Jr.) and convenience-store clerk Tim (Skeet Ulrich). But now this loose-fitting duo must succeed at any cost. A dying scientist (David Paymer) has plopped into their hand a bioweapon canister code-named Elvis and told them to speed it to a military base. Buckle up, fellas. The same assassins who dealt the scientist his deathblow will do anything to claim Elvis. And if the canister heats up to its 50-degree activation point, Elvis will claim everyone within hundreds of miles.
Action. Suspense. Laughs. Ice cream trucks. Runaway skiffs. All are comin' at ya in this exciting and suspenseful buddy thriller fueled by one breakneck principle: chill...or be chilled.

A Decent Action Thriller - fairweather
A scientist is testing a weapon with unimaginable terror consequences, similar to a nuclear bomb only done with biological weaponry. After many failed attempts he creates it but miscalculates during the testing and many die. Bad guys try to get the biological weapon and manage to take over the facility with the scientist escaping with the weapon, though fatally wounded. He turns up at a diner and gives it to a man there, says to keep it cold (or it will explode and kill everyone for miles). With the bad guys hot on his tail this humble diner employee convinces the delivery boy ice cream truck driver to take him the 90 miles to the military base. Hair-raising but managing to put in a lot of laughs, the marrying of action and the seriousness of the content along with comedy made this one only stand as a good B-movie. Still worth watching because the played-for-laughs story (concerning the development of such a weapon) is plausible, terrifying and edge of the seat entertaining. Something worth thinking on later.. if the overplayed comedy part doesn't make it too easy to throw the real concern out with the bathwater. Kind of light and fluffy with a hardcore central concern, it loses credibility as a taut and serious thriller, but still tickles the imagination, touches on serious issues and gives some laughs.Hilarious and Action Packed - Cynthia
Cuba Gooding Jr. is excellent as usual in this movie. His one liners were hilarious!! Skeet Ulrich was also great in this movie. They worked really well as a team, and their chemistry was perfect. I highly recommend this movie. In short, I loved this movie!!Incredible! Incredibly BAD that is! - HosersCorner
