I zipped this movie because of the description. It was supposed to tell the story of 3 young men in the Bronx after the Vietnam war. I watched over 30 minutes and nothing happened for me during those minutes. Some movies are longer in setting the story up but it was not even setting the story up, it was not telling us anything. Since the actors were all very good, I thought it would make a good movie but that was not the case here.sad but well put together - movie_goer
Dead presidents is different, interesting and kinda a history lesson.
It exams african americans who fight another white politican's war and to come home mentally altetered by experimental drugs and horrific experiences of war.
Only to learn that you can't be the same person you once were. Because of it they fall between the corrupted cracks and forgotten by the government and health officals. Only to have 1 choice-crime as there last resort.Watch this - AnarchoPunk
While this movie was rather long, over two hours, it was worth every minute. It highlights the life of a young African American man through out the sixties and seventies. He goes on to fight in the Vietnam war. This is where the movie gets really graphic, as the war footage was incredibly dynamic. The movie follows the young man in to his life after the war. Generally, it was an entertaining and thought-provoking film.
