Funny Movie - sampid
Just like any Farrelly Brothers movie, there are gags involving physical handicaps like obesity, narcolepsy and Turrett's Syndrome. However, the jokes are executed in such a broad manner that no one--even ones with any of those disorders--shouldn't be offended.
Naturally, some will hate this movie, some will like this movie, some will love this movie. In my mind, if it's a comedy and I'm laughing--what other factors should I be looking for?A movie that will make you laugh - Reiddie
I have watched this movie a few times & everytime it makes me laugh. This movie is a good date movie, it keeps the mood light & makes you laugh. I think Rob is one of the funniest men alive, he can play so many parts & each one makes you laugh. I am so glad they made a sequeal to this movie which is just as funny.A movie worth watching! - Willy1
Definitely a good romantic comedy, Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, brings to the screen the story of an average guy who gets himself in the unlikely situation where he has to become a gigolo in order to replace a broken fish tank (!). As a result, he gets himself into all sorts of trouble. Things become a bit more complicated when he falls in love with one of his customers...
Rob Schneider, Oded Fehr, and the rest of the cast, have outdone themselves with their performances, which are exceptional to say the least. All the actors, without exceptions, give it their 100% and it really shows! Very well written and very well presented, the movie is without a doubt guaranteed to provide more than just a few laughs.
The setting, the plot, the dialogues, the humor, and the music are all wonderful!
In short, Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo is a movie worth watching and even though it is no masterpiece and it is quite silly at times (the detective really overdoes it...), it will surely put you in a good mood!
