possibly one of the worst films ever - Starcat
I enjoyed Dracula 2000. I liked the premise of Dracula's origin, how Van Helsing survived for so long, and of course, seeing a film with hottie Gerard Butler in it. I also enjoy vampire movies. I though that this one might be as clever and intriguing as the first one. Was I mistaken. It was hokey and downright riduculous. It was everything that I dislike in a movie. Don't waste your money or your time.so-so - Dave6
i remember really liking dracula 2000. i know that it was a part of the whole scream clone teen-centric "horror" wave of the late 90's early 2000's, but i think that it rose above some of those lesser movies with its sense of fun. this first sequel maintains that, and some of the charm, but it just doesnt have the scope of the first one. this takes place mostly in two indoor locations, the characters (with the acception of ufizzi) are rather uninteresting, and dracula himself is not nearly as cool or impressive as gerrard buttlers count in the first one. if you're a fan of vampires and/or the dracula story, then this movie and the 3rd one are certainly entertaining, and you could do a lot worse. just dont expect to be blown awayDecent B movie horror - King_Ghidorah
Not nearly as good as the first in the series (Dracula 2000), but still a decent movie. Dracula was absolutely horrible though, the blonde hair just looked so wrong. Jason Scott Lee was amazing in the movie. He is a great actor and should be in alot more movies than he is. The rest of the cast was mediocre. The ending is a TO BE CONTINUED...so you'll have to rent Dracula 3: Legacy if you want to finish the story. B movie horror, but still watchable. 5/10
