Listen closely, it's a finger-snapping, toe-tapping good time! With help from Mr. Noodle, Rosita, Baby Bear and everyone's favorite goldfish Dorothy, Elmo finds out all the different things his body can do as he plays patty cake, hops on one foot, wiggles his ears and more. Whether Elmo and friends are practicing sign language, playing soccer, or listening to music, this Elmo's World video is the perfect place for preschoolers to learn all about their bodies and the world around them.

better than Baby Einstein - vfxguy
Elmo's World is much more engaging than Baby Einstein - it holds my child's attention better and it has more meaningful lessons to communicate. In particular, it shows by example, which is exactly how kids learn. I zipped this DVD first, because she's now becoming aware of body parts and it's a good time for her to learn what this DVD covers.
My little girl is a big Elmo fan, and you could tell that she lost a bit of interest during some of the segments involving other characters. Otherwise, she was glued to the TV.
Seriously, the Sesame Street guys have this stuff down.
