Socially, the girls are worlds apart. But after they meet each other and learn they look exactly alike, they're pals with a common goal. They switch places and scheme to bring the adults together before the guy weds a fortune hunter and before adoption separates the two girls. Can it be done? Twogether they've got what it takes!

The Olsen’s were cute and the story was predictable yet entertaining, a golden combination for a 10 year olds birthday party and one that should not be missed on the family film circuit. Great supporting cast and better than expected acting skills from the Olsen’s make this movie both watchable and entertaining. Two Thumbs up for It Takes Two - Tigger28
This is possibly the classic Olsen Twin feature and probably the best movie that this famous duo has starred in. Alongside Kirstie Alley and Steve Guttenberg the nine year old Olsen twins put a new spin on an old tale. Based loosely on The Parent Trap this movie tells the story of a little rich girl (Ashley Olsen) and an orphaned tomboy (Mary-Kate Olsen) who run into each other (literally) in an accidental meeting. Soon the identical strangers are on a fun-filled adventure that the whole family will enjoy. Two for the price of One - movie_goer
What not to love about the Olsen Twins remaking a Parent trap movie with refreshing adaptations?
More of a chick-flick story with fluffy guru feel, the twins meet at odds in the middle of nowhere to find both should try each others lifestyles and eliminate there problematic fo's, while learning a thing or 2 in someone else shoes.
I'm infatuated with the turns this movie takes, and humor that enlightens the film from almost become dull. it's a must see if your a Olson fan.
