Jackie Chan, with help from his eleven-year-old niece Jade, is on a dangerous mission to keep magic Chinese talismans from falling into the wrong hands. The adventure begins when the evil Valmont finds and uses the powerful dragon talisman to steal treasures and put special agent Captain Black in the hospital. Later, the rat talisman brings one of Jade's toys dangerously to life. Finally, Valmont tricks Jackie into drinking a serum that will turn him into a stone statue! Now, it's up to Jackie's lovably cranky and wise old uncle to use the magic of the horse talisman to save Jackie - before it's too late.
