A Snapshot of the 1980s - MovieProf
I remember the first time I saw this video--when all there was to buy were videos. I didn't know much about Kiss back then, but "Kiss: Exposed" hooked me. I remain hooked to this very day. There are some great, vintage concert moments here. "I Love it Loud" from Brazil in 1983 is a particular highlight. As is "Deuce," in black and white and taken from 1975. It's great to see how the band changed--evolved--over the years. It's also interesting to watch this video knowing that it was still several years away from the now-famous 1996 reunion with all four original members. A great video, with many memorable moments.Compilation of hits that is worth watching - marcelinjapan
Exactly what I just said: good old Kiss videos and some jokes and fun all through the DVD. Good compilation that we can watch from time to time. Nostalgia takes its place when looking at some of those songs...
Enjoy!
The listing includes:
"Tears Are Falling," "Heaven's on Fire," "Lick It Up," "I Love It Loud." "Strutter," "Detroit Rock City," "Ladies Room," and "Deuce"Very Camp, Very Cool - Shane
Kiss appears, larger than life, as usual, in a quaint setting of a posh mansion. The cancept of the band living in a house together is funny in itself, but the characters portrayed are the quintessential rockers you've come to expect from KISS. Lots of live footage, band video's, even a walk through the archive. There's even a little gratuitous nudity for good measure. Mostly centered around Gene & Paul. A great party flick. The 80's are back: ENJOY! 2 thumbs way up.
I've got this one on VHS but had to see it again in an upgraded format.
