At a local Hollywood hangout, Dan hooks up with Jeff (Steven Weber), a smooth, fast talking buddy determined to do whatever it takes to show Dan a good time. Gear up for an outrageous ride, chance encounters with high maintenance call girls, late night raves, drunk tanks, and a police Psychiatrist who forces Dan to juggle fantasy and reality and everything in between.
