Lust In The Dust
He Rode The West...The Girls Rode The Rest. Together They Ravaged The Land!
Gold fever has struck the wild western town of Chile Verde, where hard-living cowboys and hot-blooded wenches all lust for wealth and each other. But when mysterious gunfighter Abel Wood and defiled singer Rosie Velez (Tab Hunter and Divine, reunited from Polyester) come together with saloon owner Marguerita Ventura (Lainie Kazan), fiery passion and unbridled greed turns the town upside down. Do these two wanton women share the secret to a fortune in buried treasure? And how far south of the border will desperate men have to go to uncover it?
Henry Silva, Cesar Romero, Geoffrey Lewis and Woody Strode co-star in this hilarious comedy spoof from acclaimed cult director Paul Bartel.

a divine western - clauditorium
This movie aims for low humour, and it hits its target. Against all odds it entertains from beginning to end. The key to its success is that it proudly steers clear of anything resembling class or good taste. As far as cheap laughs go, you could do a lot worse. Oddly enough, by the end of the movie I was convinced that Divine should star in every single movie ever made.Fun simple movie... - davor
**WARNING** MOVIE IS ACTUALLY RATED R.
This movie was suggested by a friend, not anything I was expecting to be amazing or anything, and it turned out to be a decent simple movie. It's your usual Divine type of a movie.
Also very important this movie says it's "G" rated on zip.ca, but it's not at all. Someone got this VERY wrong. With topless scenes, swearing, sex and violence, nothing G about this movie. According to IMDb.com it's actually rated R.
