"Quirky, touching and emotional. A film that pulls at your heartstrings." -Boxoffice

In the blink of an eye, happily married Rebecca Lott (Perkins) becomes a widow or, as she puts it, "the 'W' word." But when Alberta hires a sexy house painter (rocker Jon Bon Jovi in this screen debut) to raise Rebecca's spirits, he inspires unforeseen passion -- and unexpected compassion -- within each of the women, as they learn to let down their defenses and let go of their innermost fears.
