Paris When It Sizzles
Hepburn and Holden sparkle in Paris!
William Holden portrays a screenwriter with a script deadline in three days. When he asks secretary Audrey Hepburn to help concoct ideas, she acts out a potpourri of preposterous plots. Beautifully shot on location in Paris by famed cinematographer Claude Renoir.

CHEAP PRODUCTION BUT GOOD - SCHULTZ
I really thought Breakfast At Tiffany's would have been good, but none of the characters had any lovability and I just couldn't relate to any of them. This, too, looks like a movie adaptation of a stage play with a little more "oomph" to it. We loved the Mediterranean countryside and all the reminders of Paris. For hardened Audrey fans only - Ashley1
For an Audrey Hepburn fan such as myself, this is an endearing, enjoyable film. However, I do not recommend it for anyone but Audrey fans, for it might ruin their impression of her. The script and the dialogue are not very well written, and although this could be forgiven for the movie-within-the-movie, the same can be said for the main storyline. William Holden isn't very convincing in his role as the male love-interest. He was much more believable in Sabrina, so if anyone is thinking of renting this movie, I suggest you get Sabrina instead. Or maybe How to Steal a Million, which is hilarious. However, my first statement stands: for Audrey fans, it is endearing and enjoyable.Who doesn't love Audrey? - Nicole3
How come when you watch a goofy comedy from the 60s, it's much funnier and more endearing than one from now? Audrey Hepburn is luminescent, as usual, which probably makes the movie better for everyone. William Holden is also marvelous as the writer who wasted 19 1/2 weeks in Paris not writing and now needs to finish his screenplay in two days. It's got a heist-y feel to it, but it could have wrapped up a little better. The last 15 minutes are cheesy, but then again, what were you expecting?
