Phone Booth
"A dynamite performance by Colin Farrell!" -David Sheehan, KCBS-TV
A single phone call can change a man's life... or possibly end it.
Colin Farrell delivers a captivating, off-the-hook performance as Stu Shepard, a self-centered New York City publicist who suddenly finds himself on the deadly end of a high-powered rifle scope. Now it's a real-time race against the clock as Stu must outwit a psychotic sniper in a frantic scramble from phone booth to freedom.

I liked it. Not sure why so many seem to be dissing it. It was a clever premise, and they smartly kept it short and tense.
Some may whine about the lack of character relationship development, but the film works well without it. The three main characters in the film do not know each other, and never did.
Thought Colin made a good egotistical, arrogant big-mouth and paced the intensity and spikes of his big-shot facade breaking down in step with the unfolding of the story.
And the voice on the other end of the line was a perfect portral of the intelligent nutcase... thank you Keifer.
Entertaining enough and would have to recommend it.Brilliant idea, poor execution - koolaid
Excellent idea and concept but disappointing ending and build up. Theres very limited depth of character ; the cop character could have been developed. Even the investigation itself on how they found out about the caller and where he was calling from was so simple. Not a single twist and the ending is so predictable. Fun to watch but disappointing especially considering the talent. Not very impressive - bobby3
I didn't like it that much. Yes, it is intriguing, it brings intenseness, but it is short of something. Short not only literally but something is missing in this movie. I guess it's not that the whole story takes place only at the phone booth, but maybe the main character could have been more unrolled.
Anyway, it didn't leave me happy at the end. I was somewhat dissapointed.
