After club fighter Rocky Balboa (Stallone) goes the distance with heavyweight champ Apollo Creed (Weathers), boxing fans clamor for a rematch. He concentrates on his relationship with Adrian (Shire), marring her and attempting to settle into the routine of family life. But as Rocky tries to make a new start for himself, he realizes that he can't escape his true calling. The ring beckons once more, and the "Italian Stallion" must prepare for the fight of his life.

All time classic - LilyandMick
This movie was again great movie from him and he had the best body type for it, too. Without his body type, it didn't turn out this well. It was great to watch how the life goes on and how the life turns out in the end. A lot of encouragement will come out of this movie.Not as good as the original, but pretty close - sinic
There is something great about these types of movies where the underdog makes good. The first Rocky was one of those movies that shouldn't have worked because it is pretty cliche, but everything comes together so incredibly well that you can't help but love the movie.
Rocky II follows the same basic path and suceeds almost as well. If you liked the first one, you'll absolutely like the second one. It is well written and well acted.

Rocky 11 is has good as the first Rocky. Do not hesitate to view the whole serie. The two first ones are by far the best, the chemistry between the cast is astounding, great character development, strong storyline and the acting is fantastic. These movies are true classics.
