1. La Jetee
This is the one you probably looked at it for. It's as great as you've heard. This version only has the English audio track, which the director prefered, but many people prefer the French track. A+
2. Big Brass Ring
Useless demo for a TV movie. The idea was conceived by Orson Welles but the result is terrible. F
3. A Guy Walks Into A Bar
Corny movie about a teenager taking a trip. Not worth watching. F
4. Café Bar
National Film Board Of Canada type sketch animation. Supposedly influential. I've seen dozens like it. C-
5. Depth Solitude
Neat, gimmicky short about a guy who lives underwater. Some people find the ending obvious but I didn't see it coming. B
6. Eye Like A Strange Balloon
Guy Maddin admits in the commentary that this short makes no sense. He had to create a 5 minute short but it ended up too long, and he had to excise around half of the footage. The plot went with it. It's still interesting though. B
There are a few more movies not mentioned here. One is about a drug addict. I forget the others.
