Sudden Death just might be Jean-Claude Van Damme's best movie to date along with Hard Target,Bloodsport,Lionheart,and Cyborg!Powers Boothe is great and there is always action,great fights and interesting moments in the film!The film is very satisfying and entertaining and recommend for big time action fans!I wasn't Bored... Well if you're looking for van damme at his best, you won't find it here. I can't think of much to say about this movie though, it lacked fight scenes and believability... Best Line wasn't even uttered by Van Damme but the penguin who kicked his butt "$&*# it, You owe me a mothers day card."
The ending couldn't even score points from me... It looked like someone was playing with miniature figurines and helicopters. Still the movie was able to score points from me for the simple fact that it had eye candy available for me to look at.

What the hell is with the damn ending of this one? They just realized that it was too long or that they ran out of time or money and just started to run the credits in the middle of a scene? It makes no sense whatsoever and ruined the movie for me. I know that there was just the wrapping up part of the film, but it didn't leave room for the tacked on ending that these type of pictures so often use and that we have become accustomed to. An abrupt ending? What are we supposed to think of that, that maybe there will be a sequel? Not bloody likely. This movie is mediocre at best. Van Damne gets his butt handed to him by a chick wearing a mascot outfit that she can barely even see out of. There are no actors that you will ever see in anything else in this film except for Van Damne. Should have been better and could have with some Hollywood support in the actor and money departments.
