The Blood Of Fu Manchu
A Jess Franco Film
From his secret lair deep within the South American jungle, international super-villain Fu Manchu (Christopher Lee) and his sadistic daughter Lin Tang (Tsai Chin of The Castle Of Fu Manchu and You Only LiveTwice) reveal their latest diabolical plot for world domination: ten beautiful women are infected with an ancient poison so deadly that one kiss from their lips will bring instant death and lead to a global plague. Now the Asian madman’s nemesis, Nayland Smith (Richard Greene of Tales From The Crypt), must desperately hunt an antidote in a savage land where rape and torture reign and the ultimate evil lies in The Blood of Fu Manchu.
Maria Rohm (The Bloody Judge) and Shirley Eaton (Goldfinger) co-star in this wild Fu Manchu feature written and produced by Harry Alan Towers (Venus in Furs) and directed by the one and only Jess Franco (Vampyros Lesbos, Eugenie). Released in America as Kiss and Kill, Blue Underground has fully restored The Blood of Fu Manchu from its original European negative complete with additional scenes of nudity and violence!

To see with low expectations - Poet
This is one of a long line of Fu Manchu movies. The stories are all pretty much the same. It is all very corny, yet I couldn't help hanging on and watching the rest of it.
A nice little movie to watch with very low expectations. Not a bad way to spend 90 minutes of your life. It is all very entertaining.the blood of Fu Manchu - anglomoviephile
Having been a fan of certain titles in the Fu Manchu series, I was somewhat disappointed with this outing. Perhaps they are just too much the same. The lack of screen time for the Nayland Smith character plus the ludicrous south american bandit chief did nothing to help this film. Tsai Chin seemed to be going through the moitions and Christopher Lee seemed to have less screen time as well. All in all, a Fu Manchu film to pass on.Retro movie - peter4
You have to enjoy this movie for what it is - a retro movie. Filmed in 1968, the dialogue is more reminiscent of 1948 style. A moderately entertaining way to spend an hour and a half. I don't agree with the "G" rating (suitable for all ages) due to the amount of violence and nudity. The most chilling thing about this movie, completely unintended by its makers, is the similarity of Fu Manchu to Osama Bin Laden (oriental villain seeks to teach the world a lesson by committing random mass murder etc).
