Dick Van Dyke must be one of the most genious comedic performers ever! The way he uses his body is as funny as how he delivers his lines. This s a smartly written and funny sitcom. Mary Tyler Moore is great as his young and endearing wife. Definitely worth checking out for funny blast from the past.A 5 Star Series With A Few Bad Episodes - fairweather
We love watching The Dick Van Dyke Show, This compilation was pretty good with the exception of "It May Look Like a Walnut!" which we assume was made sometime during hallaween and wasn't very good. We didn't show that one to the kids because it was far too scary with nightmare sequences. But except for that one episode they are really a hilarious bunch or characters. We have seen all the seasons and they are all very funny and can be seen by everyone. A five star series with a few bad episodes.
