The female roles are intelligent and completely integral to the action. Women who participate and are not just decoration! Woo-hoo! -And the photographers deserved an award... the camera loves the desert - and the sea. A treat for the eyes and entertainment for the soul.Every sailor knows wind - PeterParker
Learning to sail, then teaching thoughout the 90's, I probably knew every word and my VHS copy is on it's last legs. Mostly it's boat porn...a rough do-it-our-way plot wrapped around some stunning footage of small and large sail boats. If you enjoy sailing, rent it.Ultimate Sailing Video - vern
Wind is the only movie to capture the true passion and excitement of performance sail racing. The movie is a cult classic for anyone who sails or dreams of sailing. The first sailing scene, the International 14 race, is AWESOME.
