Monty Python's The Meaning of Life
It took God six days to create the earth, and Monty Python just 90 minutes to screw it up.
Those six pandemonium-mad Pythons are back with their craziest adventure ever! John Cleese, Graham Chapman, Terry Jones, Eric Idle, Terry Gilliam and Michael Palin have returned to explain The Meaning of Life. These naughty Brits offer the usual tasteful sketches involving favorite body parts and bodily functions, the wonders of war, the miracle of birth and a special preview of what's waiting for us in Heaven. Nothing is too sacred for the probing Python crew. You'll never look at life in quite the same way again. TIME pronounces it "an exhilarating experience!" Newsweek agrees, calling it, "the best movie from England's satirical sextet." Winner of the 1983 Cannes Film Festival Special Jury Award.

Review - Meaning of Life - maw-
This movie is worth seeing just for Mr. Creosote! Like all Monty Python movies, there are so many scenes that have transcended the movie and entered into our everyday lexicon. This movie is slightly different that the others in that it is a series if vignettes.
Picking my favourite Python movie is like trying pick your favourite child. I love them all!The Very Best of Python - Chuckles
The meaning of life is by far the most zany, absurd and all round strangest movie that Monty Python has ever produced. With a mixture of slapstic and extreamly dark comedy, it leaves the viewer shocked and entertained, as well as slightly disgusted. Under no circumstances is it apropriate for children or the easily offended.Excellent DVD - kav2001c
Absolutely hilarious British comedy
Still great even after all these years
The dvd suffers from its age, but it looks great
Many classic skits which range from the miracle of birth to the end of life itself
Not really graphic, but not recommended for younger viewers either
